What’s Changed?
May 14, 2025 – Tariff Adjustment: Down to 30%
Under the latest U.S.- China joint statement, the steep 125% tariff announced in early April has been permanently revoked, and the prior 24% rate suspended for 90 days(Until Aug 12, 2025). A new 30% composite tariff now applies (10% reciprocal + 20% fentanyl-related), effective retroactively.
May 2, 2025 – Type 86 Policy Canceled
The U.S. has terminated Entry Type 86, which previously allowed duty-free import of packages under $800. Now, every shipment is subject to inspection, documentation, and tariffs—no exceptions.
April 10, 2025 – 145% Tariff on FPV Gear from China
FPV drones, motors, frames, batteries—everything we love to build and fly—now face a massive 145% import tariff when shipped into the U.S. from China. Yes, it’s real. And yes, it’s tough—for all of us.
What It Means for You
Longer Delivery Times
Customs processes are now stricter and slower. Some delays are likely—so order ahead if possible.
Tariff payment
Due to the cancellation of duty-free import of packages under $800, Tariff payment is inevitable.
Note：Refusal to pay tariffs may result in the package being returned or destroyed, with all associated losses borne by the recipient.
