Why is my drone not turning on?
  1. Check the battery is fully charged
  2. Make sure the battery is plugged into the drone correctly
  3. Check for crash damage, moisture, corrosion, or burnt electronics
Why isn't my drone arming?
  1. Check the battery is fully charged and plugged in
  2. Make sure radio controller is turned on and connected
  3. Make sure throttle stick is in the fully lowered position before arming
  4. Make sure your arm switch is in the Disarmed position before turning your drone on
Why can't I connect to Betaflight?
  1. Inspect the USB Cable and determine if it is a Data Cable and NOT a Charging Cable
  2. Disconnect any USB extension Cables and make sure the Drone is connected directly to the computer
  3. Check to make sure the correct Betaflight Version is installed on your computer
  4. Make sure the correct drivers are installed for your computer to detect the Drone
Why won't my drone fly?
  1. Check if the propellers are installed correctly
  2. Check the battery is fully charged and plugged in correctly
  3. Make sure radio controller is turned on and connected to the drone
Why is my video fuzzy?
  1. Inspect camera and antennas for damage
  2. Make sure Drone and Goggle are receiving power and are fully charged
  3. Check if camera lens is loose. If so, rotate the lens back and forth until the picture is clear
  4. Make sure Drone and Goggle are on the same Frequency and Channel
  5. Check surrounding enviroment for any wireless transmission or RF noise. Wi-Fi Routers, Cellphone Towers, running Car Engines, other Drones, and more may impede wireless video performance
  6. Check surrounding enviroment for physical objects in between you and your drone. Trees, buildings, cars, hills, and more may impede wireless video performance
Why is my controller not working?
  1. Make sure the battery is fully charged and connected
  2. Check if your radio controller is on and correctly bound to the Drone’s Receiver
  3. Make sure your receiver and radio controller are both on the same protocol
  4. Inspect all switches and gimbals to be in their default position before powering up the drone
Why am I not getting drone video?
  1. Check your goggle and drone batteries are fully charged and connected correctly
  2. Make sure your goggle and drone are on the same Frequency and Channel
  3. Make sure you did not switch the drone to a locked video channel. If so, unlock the video transmitter in accordance to your local state and country laws and regulations.
Why is my goggle not working?
  1. -Make sure the battery is fully charged and connected
  2. If the goggle works, static should display on the screen. If the screen is black but drone is on, check the drone camera for lens cap or damage
  3. Check antennas for any damage
Why is my drone falling from the air?
  1. Check antennas for any damage
  2. Adjust antenna position for maximum range
  3. Check your distance. If drone passes range limit, the drone will failsafe
  4. Check surrounding enviroment for any wireless transmission or RF noise. Wi-Fi Routers, Cellphone Towers, running Car Engines, other Drones, and more may impede wireless performance

GEPRC is currently able to ship orders to most international addresses. All of the parcels are shipped by air.
Two shipping methods are provided for you now.

  • Expedited Shipping (DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS ..ETC 5-10 business days *Recommended use above $150)

How much time can I return the goods?

GEPRC guarantees this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase verified by sales receipt (not when product started to be in use).

What is not included in the warranty claim?
  1. No purchasing record from GEPRC orauthorized dealers
  2. Cut off original power plug or not using reverse polarity protected plugs
  3. Wire damaged
  4. Any crash damage
  5. Humidity/Water inside
  6. Mechanical damage of electronical components/PCB
  7. Soldered on the PCB (except on external solder-tabs) and incorrect soldering

 If you have issues with soldering to smaller components…. STOP. Please seek professional assistance  before attempting.

  1. Connected speed-control with reversed polarity. There are special components that are in use to detect when this happens.

 

No warranty shall apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation or maintenance or operation from the use of any equipment purchased form this store.
