Warranty GEPRC:

GEPRC guarantees this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase verified by sales receipt (not when product started to be in use).

Warranty claims will not cover the following:

  1. No purchasing record from GEPRC orauthorized dealers
  2. Cut off original power plug or not using reverse polarity protected plugs
  3. Wire damaged
  4. Any crash damage
  5. Humidity/Water inside
  6. Mechanical damage of electronical components/PCB
  7. Soldered on the PCB (except on external solder-tabs) and incorrect soldering

 If you have issues with soldering to smaller components…. STOP. Please seek professional assistance  before attempting.

  1. Connected speed-control with reversed polarity. There are special components that are in use to detect when this happens.

 

No warranty shall apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation or maintenance or operation from the use of any equipment purchased form this store.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the items safely and legally and to take proper measures to prevent any damage to person or property from the use of the equipment.

 

Cancellation:

Order cancellation before shipment is acceptable. The refund will be returned to original payment account.

Return:

New/unopened/unused product(s) purchased directly from GEPRC may be returned within 15 days for a refund, minus all shipping/handling costs. To do so, please open a Support Ticket (see above) to request approval for the return. Please ensure that the Support Ticket or RMA number is provided on the outside of the shipping package.

Once approved for a return, customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the product(s) safely and securely to GEPRC. GEPRC is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. Please add tracking and/or insurance as needed. Please ensure that the Support Ticket or RMA number is provided on the outside of the shipping package.

If the returned product(s) are determined under GEPRC’s sole discretion to have been opened, used, damaged, or missing accessories/packaging, then no refund will issue and the customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs if requesting the product(s) back.

Any discrepancy between an GEPRC order and the shipped product/quantity must be reported to GEPRC within 5 days of delivery and all shipping materials must be retained.
