Order Cancellation
Order cancellation before shipment is acceptable. The refund will be returned to the original payment account.
Please note that if the goods have already been sent out, we will try our best to intercept it, it is not 100% successful
Cancelled by GEPRC
We will cancel your order for the below reasons:
- Product(s) is currently unavailable and no replacement is available.
- No Shipping Methods. If we are not able to ship to your location, Your order will be cancelled.
Refund for Delivered Product
For returns, please click on the GEPRC Return Policy for more information. If your return request is approved, please return the product and send the tracking number to GEPRC.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
