New and Unused Product

GEPRC offers a (15) day return policy for all unopened new devices. Please note that refunds will be deducted from shipping costs. Any discrepancy between an GEPRC order and the shipped product/quantity must be reported to GEPRC within 5 days of delivery and all shipping materials must be retained. Please note 15 days after the delivery date will not be able to return.

To do so, please open a Support Ticket (https://geprc.com/support/tickets/) or send an email to [email protected] to request approval for the return. Please ensure that the Support Ticket or RMA number is provided on the outside of the shipping package.

The product(s) that you want to return must be in unused condition. The return request will be refused if the product(s) has been used.

Once approved for a return, customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the product(s) safely and securely to GEPRC. GEPRC is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. Please add tracking and/or insurance as needed. Please ensure that the Support Ticket or RMA number is provided on the outside of the shipping package.

If the returned product(s) are determined under GEPRC’s sole discretion to have been opened, used, damaged, or missing accessories/packaging, then no refund will issue and the customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs if requesting the product(s) back.

Return The Wrong Product

If we send the wrong product(s) to you, please open a Support Ticket or send an email to [email protected] within 14 days, we will help you to solve it out. Please make sure the wrong product should be unused.

GEPRC will resend the right product(s) to you after receiving the package you return.

General Accessories

Products not specifically listed, such as; antennas, monitors, hardware, and general accessories are covered by a (30) day manufacture defect warranty. If a problem occurs from a defect in the product an exchange or store discount code will be issued. GEPRC holds the right to refuse any products which have been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.  

Flight Controllers / ESC / VTX

All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), video transmitters (VTX), power distribution boards (PDB), and similar electronic components are covered under a (15) day GEPRC warranty. These items are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect. This policy does not cover any of the following: user error, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, modifications, power surges, electrical fire, or water damage. (GEPRC recommends testing all components for shorts before supplying power).

FPV Cameras

FPV cameras are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from external forces, electrical fire, power surges, water damage, or tampering. Once approved, an exchange or store discount code will be provided.

Motors sold by GEPRC are covered by a (30) day warranty for manufacturer defects. If an issue occurs within (30) days; GEPRC will exchange the defective product. If the product is unavailable or has been discontinued, a store discount code may be issued. Motors with physical damage, modifications or general abuse will not be eligible to receive a credit and will be disposed of. NOTE** Please check all motor screws for proper length before spinning up.

Batteries

Batteries produced and sold by GEPRC carry a (15) day warranty covering dead on arrival (DOA) and manufacture defects. Excludes all batteries that show signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage, or water damage. All battery returns must be approved by GEPRC via an emailed image of defective battery to [email protected], Upon approval please dispose of the damaged battery in a safe manner and the exchange or  will be issued.  

Return Process

Request a Return/Exchange, please open a Support Ticket (https://geprc.com/support/tickets/) or send an email to [email protected] to request approval for the return.

If the return is for the buyer’s own reasons, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, etc.

If the return is caused by the seller, such as defective products, wrong products, etc., the seller will pay the shipping cost to the buyer.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.

*All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of GEPRC.

Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing materials.
